Papa’s Chili
Papa likes it spicy! This chili is a family favorite and is served at many of our family gatherings.

Nana’s Pasta with Red Sauce
This simple dish has a rich history for us. The sauce recipe has been in our family for over 100
years. We make our sauce the same way our Sicilian ancestors did at the turn of the
20th century. Served over a generous portion of spaghetti. Includes house salad and a piece of crustini.
(Add Nana’s ¼ lb. meatball or a sweet sausage for $2 additional.) -
CENA 14 Layer Lasagna
Chef uses fresh mozzarella, ricotta and savory meats and builds 14 LAYERS of flavor! Includes house salad and a piece of crustini. Best of

Shrimp, Mussels and Calamari are pan seared and then tossed in a fiery red sauce. Served over pasta with crustini and tossed house salad.

Cena Manicotti
As children we would ask Nana to make “sleeping bags”. That’s what we called these. We loved the tube-shaped pasta noodles stuffed with ricotta and topped with Nana’s sauce. Shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheeses completed this delight. All in then baked to perfection until they are oh so delicious! Includes house salad and a piece of custini.
